Tell us how you came to know Jesus as your Lord and Savior.

A testimony usually includes 3 parts: 1) Who you were before Jesus came into your life. 2) How / when you were saved. 3) How your life has changed since coming to know Jesus.

Who would you like to baptize you?

This could be a specific pastor, your mom or dad, or the person who led you to faith in Jesus.

Interview Time
